About Field Company

Field Company makes premium cast iron cookware for modern home cooks—physical tools for a physical world that invite people to slow down, cook real food, and reconnect to the things that make them human. We launched on Kickstarter in 2016 and have grown into an eight-figure brand selling DTC, on Amazon, and expanding retail presence.

We are a small team, woman-led, not venture-backed—and growing fast. We are driven by our mission: to restore a more meaningful connection to the objects we own. We believe that cast iron is a gateway to a more intentional way of living.

The Role

You'll own Field's marketing calendar and everything it touches—planning campaigns, coordinating the people who make the pieces, and assembling it all into cohesive, high-quality execution. Seasonal promotions, product launches, weekly emails, and of course, BFCM. You should have strong creative instincts and care deeply about how the brand shows up.

This is a hands-on role. You'll be writing copy (AI use encouraged, just stay on brand), jumping into Klaviyo, updating the site, and filling whatever gaps exist to ship great marketing on time.

What You'll Own

  • Marketing calendar → Plan and execute the full calendar. You own planning with the CEO on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Campaign coordination → Coordinate copy, design, photography and recipe needs from our team. Set clear briefs, run tight processes, hold people accountable.
  • Email → Campaign calendar, flow strategy, and creative quality in Klaviyo.
  • Social / Content → Content strategy and execution across channels.
  • Website and merchandising → Product pages, landing pages, blog, and seasonal updates.
  • Product launches → Go-to-market creative and execution.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–10 years at a consumer or DTC brand with hands-on marketing and creative responsibility
  • Experience managing a marketing calendar end-to-end → planning, coordinating, and executing campaigns across email, social, website, and ads
  • Experience managing creative output → briefing designers, photographers, and video editors while maintaining a high bar
  • Experience building or significantly improving an email program
  • Comfortable with ambiguity → would rather ship something than talk about shipping it
  • AI is part of how you work → you use LLMs as creative thought partners, data analysts, and tool builders; your judgment drives the work, but AI makes you faster
  • Performance marketing literacy → you can connect creative decisions to business outcomes and manage efforts to performance targets
  • Comfortable giving direct feedback and having hard conversations about quality

Bonus: food, kitchen, or homegoods brand experience

Why Field Company

  • A product people genuinely love → Real word-of-mouth, five-star reviews, and customers who evangelize. You're amplifying something great.
  • High-growth, high-momentum → An eight-figure brand still early in its trajectory, with significant runway ahead.
  • A brand with depth → Strong positioning, clear voice, and a design system you'll actually want to use. The foundation is built; you're here to scale it.
  • Ownership and impact → Lead marketing for the whole company. Your decisions matter.
  • White space to explore → Social, content, influencer, retail marketing, new channels. Lots of room to build.
