    Love my Cast Iron Skillet

    I was very hesitant to get this cast iron pan due to other cast irons I have had and I did not understand clearly how to get it to a real nonstick surface. I have followed all of Fields's directions and my pan is working beautifully now that I have been religiously using it for over a month. I love the look (little more sleek than others) of the pan and ability to put in on the stove top or oven. High quality.

    Really like!!

    I sooo like the lighter weight and finish! Have the 10 inch also which is perfect for bacon and eggs for two. I precook bacon in oven, then reheat in skillet, pile on side to stay hot and fry the eggs. Works great on induction but have learned to preheat on low to med for a few minutes to fry eggs.
