Turner Duo

I purchased the set. Mini and full size with the # 9 griddle. I already own the celebration set, so the quality was no surprise. The turners are great, I did 'treat' the wooden handle for a nicer feel and protection. I feel for the price this could be already done? The edge on the blade and the curve make this turner superb to work with. This is now my go to turner for all it is suitable for. I use it almost daily.

I have to admit I use the mini more than this one, but I am NOT regretting buying the set. The edge on the blade and the curve make this turner superb to work with. More importantly, I had an issue with this turner and contacted customer service. The issue was resolved gracefully and immediately. Solid 5 stars!!!

The handle fits in the hand like a well-crafted blade from a legendary blacksmith. The thickness of the steel of the Griddle Turner allows for powerful chops and stabs into my cooking as well as the ability to heft the molten food with confidence. This Griddle Turner is like an extension of my body, and a manifestation of my cooking intent. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend it to anyone who is questioning their regular spatula. This is a culinary weapon, and I love it.
